The classic 1970’s modern-style Main Line home underwent a complete redesign to cater to the new homeowners' vision of a stylish yet cozy space for their three young boys. Collaborating closely, we modernized the home while preserving its distinct style and charm.

Extensive demolition stripped the house down to its studs, allowing for upgrades to the HVAC system, electrical panel, and water pressure. A custom floating staircase, crafted by artisan woodworkers, now serves as a striking centerpiece on the main level. This staircase not only invites light throughout the living area but also maintains a seamless line of sight from the front entrance to the back deck.

The newly revamped L-shaped kitchen boasts a walnut waterfall island and connects to the deck through custom stacked sliding doors. To ensure a cohesive look, the homeowners and our team meticulously curated a unified palette of colors, textures, and finishes that harmoniously blend modern elements with the home's vintage character.
