This 3-story home on the edge of the Art Museum and Francisville neighborhoods had an existing Pilot House that was not built to code. We removed, reframed and built a new code-compliant pilot house that opens directly onto the expansive bi-level deck structure. We added extra support for the owner installed hot tub.

The raised area, which accommodates the pitch of the roof, creates an additional seating zone making this expansive addition feel like a bonus room.
