These young medical professionals reached out to add a roof deck to their Graduate Hospital home. We added a lower deck with access from the second floor making sure to leave space for the existing HVAC equipment. The stairs go up to the 3rd floor roof top for a nice big 400 SF single level roof deck. We worked the clients ideas of having two living spaces to decide the mounting location of the manually operated louvered pergola.

Placing the pergola towards the back of the home allows for uninterupted views of the center city skyline (and a bonus view of another Match built roof deck straight ahead on Fitzwater Street!)
